Liebe Canada Lovers, liebe Canadians,
in einigen Tagen feiert Kanada zum 149. Mal den Canada Day. Aber nicht nur in Kanada wird gefeiert. Es gibt auch Feierlichkeiten in Düsseldorf, Hamburg sowie in Wien. Und sicherlich auch in Berlin.
CANADA DAY PARTY 2016 in Düsseldorf
Daher möchten wir Euch an dieser Stelle an die Canada Day Party 2016 in Düsseldorf erinnern. Wir feiern am 03. Juli 2016 von 13 bis 17 Uhr im Café – Restaurant TG 1881 im Düsseldorfer Südpark. Es erwartet Euch leckeres Essen, Live Musik, Spiele, eine Tombola und tolle Unterhaltung. Tickets gibt es nur noch bis einschließlich morgen, Montag, 27. Juni 2016 über unseren Ticketshop bei Eventzilla. . Unter dem Link findet ihr auch noch einmal alle Details sowie eine Kontaktemailadresse. Eine Rückerstattung der Tickets ist nicht möglich!
Die Ticketpreise betragen 28 Euro bzw. 14 Euro für Kinder bis einschließlich 5 Jahre. Zuzüglich wird eine Servicegebühr von 1 Euro pro Ticket berechnet. Bitte bezahlt per Paypal oder unmittelbar nach Erhalt der Bestätigungsemail an die angegebene Bankverbindung von Yan Li, die zusammen mit Adelina und Tamara die Feier für Euch organisiert.

MEETUP FOR CANADIANS am 06. August 2016 in Düsseldorf
Nach dem ersten Kick-Off beim Brunch im Medienhafen im Mai wird es Zeit für ein neues „Meetup For Canadians“, mit Begegnungen für Kanadierinnen und Kanadier und einem geselligen Austausch untereinander.
Wir treffen uns am 06. August 2016 um 16:30 Uhr auf dem Weinfest beim Stand vom Weingut Götz aus Uelversheim auf dem Marktplatz in Düsseldorf. Am besten ihr kommt in rot und weiß, da an dem Tag auch zahlreiche andere internationale Meetup-Gruppen sowie vermutlich auch die Wine & Spirit Gruppe der Internations Düsseldorf vor Ort sein wird. Wir werden wir uns sicherlich finden, ihr braucht nur am Stand vom Weingut Götz nach Martin fragen. KANADATREFF FAMILY Summer Party 2016 am 27. August 2016
Am 27. August 2016 wird unsere KANADATREFF FAMILY Summer Party in Düsseldorf stattfinden. Die Veranstaltungsadresse wird wieder hier sein: Restaurant Krevets,Steinkaul 3, 40589 Düsseldorf
Das Krevets ist ein gemütliches Restaurant mit Biergarten. Die Terasse ist überdacht. Parkplätze sind fußläufig vorhanden. Im Biergarten könnte ein kleiner Infostand aufgebaut werden. Zu erreichen ist das Krevets mit den Buslinien 835 (Alt-Himmelgeist) und 731 (Himmelgeist, Friedhof bzw. Am Scheitenweg).
Der Koch des Hauses Krevets, Patrick Schwippert hat sich wieder was leckeres für unser Feier ausgedacht, aber seht selbst auf unserer Eventseite. Bitte meldet Euch bis spätestens zum 20. August 2016 an und überweist den Betrag für das BBQ rechtzeitig an die folgende Bankverbindung:

Dear Canadians, dear Canada Lovers,
in a few days Canada is celebrating ist 149th birthday. But Canada Day is not only celebrated in Canada. There are also Canada Day Parties in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and Vienna. And for sure also in Berlin.
CANADA DAY PARTY 2016 in Düsseldorf
On Sunday July 3, 2016, once again, we will celebrate Canada Day with Red & White.
Save the date and prepare your best R & W outfit! It´s going to be fun, fun & fun.
This time it´s going to be an afternoon family event. Kids of all ages are welcome.
We have a delicious BBQ lunch with a complementary drink. Kids meals are offered to children of 5-years and under.
We had a great event last year, this time we will top it!

The venue TG 1881 is a restaurant situated in the beautiful South Park. Surrounded by green passages, trees and flowers. The restaurant has ample parking space. It is also very easily accessed with public transportation (S-Bahn or Metro Düsseldorf-Oberbilk)

We will celebrate our KANADATREFF FAMILY Summer Party in Düsseldorf on August 27, 2016. The venue will be: Restaurant Krevets Steinkaul 3, 40589 Düsseldorf
The “Krevets” is a comfy restaurant with a beergarden. And it has a roofed terracy. Parking area is available within walking distance. A small information desk can be built up in the beergarden. You can reach the “Krevets” by bus with line 835 (exit: Alt-Himmelgeist) and 731 (exit: Himmelgeist, Friedhof or Am Scheitenweg).
Patrick Schwippert, the Maitre de la Cuisine of the Krevets, has created the following BBQ for our party. Have a look at it on our Eventpage.
It is also possible to order à la Carte. But consider a longer waiting time.
